Unlock Bios Password Hp Locked by Deloitte!

I have an hp laptop( EliteBook x360 1030 G3). My customer bought the laptop a year ago from a shop that sells used laptops and it was working fine until a couple of days. the laptop got locked and stuck on a screen that says: 'For security reasons, this PC has been locked. To unlock this PC, please contact...etc'.

So what should I do? would programming the BIOS breaks the lock or is there any other security layers/chips we must take into consideration and crack down?

The BIOS got unlocked, and for that I am thankful, but the main problem remains unsolved, as soon as I connect the laptop to the internet I get the message shown below. I already contacted Deloitte and they rebuffed my request to unlock the laptop, what should I do? Is there anything you can help me with or is the problem outside the scope of your services?

Hello Dr-Bios Community,

The solution for the problem was after all the BIOS. I reprogrammed the BIOS ICs with new bin files from your website; and that changed the laptop's information: UUID, SKU, SU, etc. After that I never got any Message from Deloitte locking my computer. I hope anybody facing this issue gets some useful information reading this post, and I really thank you for your support and patience,
