In today lesson, there is Samsung Netbook motherboard, platform model is ORECON-R, Rev: PR.
What is the problem? There is start in platform but there is no display. And Amper is 0.40
I programmed two Bios but it has the same problem. RTC battery is ok and its voltage is normal.
In the board, CPU and Graphic are soldered. I use RAM tester. This Rom tester shows signals on the CPU pins. It shows on which pin, there is problem, one or more LED does not turn on.
As you see, one of the LED does not turn on; these pins are related to CPU pins. But interesting to see that, after pressing CPU, LED turns on and also after pressing here, screen displays.
I press on CPU with my hand and Screen display is there, in soldered part there is disconnection.
The problem caused from these balls, they are in contact with each other.
In netbook system, you should not use the system continuously and for long time.
Because it has simple cooler system and this is its fault. it means CPU become warm n warmer till its balls connect to each other.
It has reballing , even though this problem may happen again , as you know!
